  • Qualified sign language interpreters

If you believe that PRMH has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex, you can file a grievance with the agency by mail or email. 

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) safeguards the privacy of data and medical information. If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint by mail or email as well. You need to do this within 180 days of when the problem that caused concern happened. There will be no punishment for filing a complaint.
