How does a person with Bipolar think?
A person with bipolar disorder may experience extreme mood swings that affect their thinking. During manic episodes, they might have racing thoughts, heightened creativity, grandiose ideas, and impulsive decision-making. During depressive episodes, they may have negative thoughts, feelings of worthlessness, difficulty concentrating, and a sense of hopelessness.
